How can I move my mattress?

Tuft & Needle mattresses cannot be recompressed after expanding. We recommend using a mattress bag while moving to protect your mattress from water, dust, and wear and tear.

Using straps to secure the mattress (like in a moving truck) shouldn't damage the foam, so feel free to use those options if necessary. Additionally, temporarily storing the mattress on its side shouldn't hurt the mattress either.
