Crate & Barrel Return/Exchange/Warranty

If you'd like to return or exchange your Mint mattress purchased through Crate & Barrel, please email us at crateandbarrel@tuftandneedle.com and we'll be happy to assist with that process.

For returns, we'll help you donate your mattress to a local charity that can come to your home to pick up your mattress free of charge.

Once they pick up the mattress, take a picture of the donation receipt and email it to us. Once we receive that, we process a full refund to the original purchasing card.

If you believe you have an issue that would fall under your 10-Year Limited Warranty, please contact us at the email above and we'll provide you with instructions on how to file a warranty claim.
