White Noise Machine - No Lights Coming On

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry for the trouble!

If you've ever used the Tuft and Needle White Noise App, the unit could be in "night mode."

  1. Connect to the App
  2. Press the light button
  3. Ensure Night Mode is toggled off

    If you don't use the app or that doesn't work, can we trouble you to try the following to perform

    a hard reset on the unit?

  4. Turn SNOOZ on
  5. Simultaneously press the volume up and down buttons for 5 seconds until SNOOZ shuts off
  6. Turn SNOOZ back on and see if the problem persists

    Please note that doing the hard reset will delete any schedules you have set in the App.
