How do I return my SNOOZ White Noise Machine?

You have 100 nights to decide whether the SNOOZ White Noise Machine is the right fit for you. If not, please contact our Customer Experience team at 877-842-2586 and we'll help to send you a prepaid return label so you can drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

Once FedEx scans in the returned White Noise Machine you'll be refunded back to your purchasing method. Your funds should reflect in your purchasing account (credit card, debit card, Applepay, Googlepay, Paypal, Affirm, or Afterpay) within 5-10 business days.
