How do I return my Loftie Alarm Clock?

You have 100 nights to decide whether your Loftie Alarm Clock is going to work for you. If you decide to return it, please reach out to support@tn.com and we'll email you a prepaid return label and you can drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

Once FedEx scans your Loftie Alarm Clock, our team is notified so that we can refund you in full back to your purchasing method (credit/debit card, Applepay, Googlepay, Paypal, Affirm, or Afterpay). You'll see those funds returned to your purchasing method in 5-10 business days.
