What's the difference between ordering through Amazon and Tuft & Needle?

The return process is the biggest difference when ordering through Amazon.

All returns will go through Amazon’s Special Handling Team. Amazon honors the 100-Night Sleep Trial and free returns for Tuft & Needle mattresses. Other bedding or Canadian orders may be subject to their 30-day return policy.
