How do I register my mattress for the limited warranty?
There's no paperwork needed to register your limited warranty when you purchase from T&N directly; we can access your order through the email address you used when you placed your order.
For orders placed through one of our retail partners, we'll need a copy of your store receipt or a screenshot of your online order.
For orders placed through Amazon, we'll need a screenshot of your online order as well as your order number, email address, phone number, and best shipping address.
For all warranty concerns, please email us at support@tn.com with your current address, pictures of the issue, as well as pictures of the tags on the mattress.
