Why does my pillow feel softer than it did when I first received it?

Increased softening, such as what you're feeling now, is normal over the course of our pillow's lifetime unless it's showing any physical dipping or sagging within the first 3 years.

Our 3-year limited pillow warranty covers any indentations in the foam greater than 1/2”, so usually unless we can physically see the dip in the pillow itself, softness would not be covered by our warranty.
