How do I return my Wood Frame?

Please fill out this form to start your return within your 100-night trial.

Once we’ve initiated your return, we will arrange a free pickup to remove the frame from your home. All we ask is that the frame is disassembled and repackaged for pickup.

Please note that if your frame is scratched or damaged, it won’t be accepted to return.
