How do I return my Dog Bed or Essential Dog Bed?

Please reach out to us by emailing support@tn.com to start your return within your 100-Night Trial. From there, we’ll have you donate the Dog Bed or Essential Dog Bed to a local animal shelter or rescue.

After your Dog Bed or Essential Dog Bed is donated, you will upload a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt using a link we provide (or a photograph of the Dog Bed being physically donated to the shelter if they don’t have receipts to provide). We'll process your refund after receiving the donation receipt. It takes 5-10 business days for your refund to return to your original form of payment.

Hawaii and Alaska shipping fees are non-refundable. (Small Dog Bed $60, Medium Dog Bed $100, and Large Dog Bed $150)

Our return policy allows for one return per household, per year. This means we can only return and refund one Dog Bed or Essential Dog Bed purchased within the same year.
