How do I get started?

First, please fill out this form to start your return. Going through the form, you will be directed on how to return your items for a refund. You can see more details below.

My item is still in the package

If your product is still in the original packaging, we’ll email you a FedEx return label to print out and tape to the box and have it sent back for a full refund.

My item has been opened from the package (whether used or unused)

If your product has been opened and used, you have the option of us sending a shipping label for you to ship the product back or donating to a charity in your area.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to your card between 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution, after you drop the package off or proof of donation is received.
