How do I return if I purchased through Amazon?

If you are still within your 100-night sleep trial and purchased a Tuft & Needle product through Amazon, please log in to your Amazon account and begin a return there.

Mattress Toppers, Original Foam Pillows, and Mattress Protectors only have a 30-night sleep trial.

If you have other questions about your return, Amazon customer service can be reached at 1-888-280-4331. For mattress/large item returns, you can get assistance from the Special Handling Department at 1-866-423-5353.

For mattress returns, you should not be asked to recompress the mattress for a return shipment. If you are asked to recompress the mattress or pay for a return shipment, request to be transferred to the Special Handling Department.
