What is the verification process?

At this time, we do not have a formal verification process in place; however, our team may ask what current (or former) role you’ve had in these industries that make you eligible.

Can I have this discount applied to a previous order?

If you have an existing order in our system that is still within the 100-night sleep trial and would like to have this discount retroactively applied, please get in touch with our support team. Be sure to have your 16-digit order number handy when you reach out. The retroactive savings will be issued back to the original form of payment and processed within 5-10 business days.

Is this discount applicable on Tuft & Needle products sold through other retailers?
