Do you price match discounts?

If purchased directly through Tuft & Needle on our website or over the phone, and you're within your 100-Night Sleep Trial, we're happy to refund the difference between the regular price and the discounted price on applicable products. Just reach out to our team while the current promotion is still active to get that process started! Please note that we're unable to combine discounts, but we would be happy to offer the better of the two.

If you purchased your mattress via Amazon, Lowe's, Target, Mattress Firm, or Crate & Barrel we are unable to refund you since we do not share a database with those wholesale partners. You may want to try to reach out to those companies to ask for a refund but we cannot guarantee that they will oblige.
