My Loftie won’t turn on, what do I do?

Loftie is not designed to run off the internal battery and we recommend you leave it plugged in at all times. You should hear a little "click" when the USB is properly plugged into Loftie and you should also be able to gently pull it without it coming unplugged. It should feel secure.

Check to make sure the plug on the power adapter is also securely attached. You might need to slide it out and back in—you should also hear a "click" when it's properly attached.

It's also worth checking the cable to ensure there aren't any kinks or dents in the cable or USB plug.

If your Loftie was unplugged for an extended period of time, the battery might be completely drained. After you check all the connections, leave Loftie plugged in for 15-30 minutes to charge up. Then press and hold the small circular button on the top right of the Loftie until the screen comes on.

If you’re still unable to bring your Loftie back up, contact Loftie directly at support@byloftie.com, and if you can, send a video of your attempts to restart Loftie as well as a screenshot of your order summary. Loftie will respond within 2 business days.
