Can I use the Essential Headboard with another bed frame?

Our Essential Headboard was designed exclusively for the Essential Platform Bed and has not been tested with any other frames.

We do not suggest using the Essential Headboard with the Metal Base as the Essential Headboard is too heavy to stand upright with that frame.
