All the lights on my White Noise Machine are lit up, what could be wrong?
Can we trouble you to try the following to perform a hard reset on the unit?
1. Turn the T&N + SNOOZ on
2. Simultaneously press the volume up and down buttons for 5 seconds until the device shuts off
3. Turn the device back on and see if the problem persists
4. Please note that doing the hard reset will turn off the nightlight and it will also delete any schedules you have set in the T&N + SNOOZ White Noise app.
