Will my mattress smell or off-gas?

Some people notice a new mattress smell for a few days, but that smell should go away quickly. Initially, we suggest letting the mattress air out by removing any sheets or mattress protectors that cover it. Do not remove the fabric cover that comes with the mattress. 

The smell comes from the fresh new foam being packaged during transit and not from any harmful chemicals. We've been certified by CertiPUR-US® and GREENGUARD Gold to be free from many known harmful chemicals or gasses.
