How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know you’re excited to get your T&N goodies, so our team (and shipping partners) will be working diligently to process and deliver orders as soon as possible.

The shipping estimates provided on our website are up-to-date and to the best of our knowledge. We expect most customers to receive their orders within the timeframes listed at checkout; however, we are unable to set or guarantee delivery dates through FedEx Ground.

Due to new safety protocols, our factories and shipping partners may experience delays. We will do our best to communicate major delays to customers who are impacted, but also recommend you:

- Keep an eye on your email (including the junk/spam folder) for shipping confirmation emails, which will be sent as each package is handed over to FedEx Ground.

- Hold off on getting rid of an old mattress or sleep setup until the new items are received. Fun fact: Our mattresses can stay in the shipping box for up to 4 weeks without issue, so no worries if you have limited space and need to hold off on unboxing until your old mattress is removed. Having said this, your 100-night sleep trial does start the night it's delivered so just keep that in mind. 

- Create a backup plan in case your packages are delayed. We don't want customers to be without a place to sleep or stuck in a pickle if there are unforeseen setbacks.

Frame Customers:

All Wood Frames and Contrast Platform Beds are delivered by our partner CEVA. This is not an expedited delivery service. Customers will coordinate delivery with CEVA in advance. CEVA will deliver to the front door and a signature is required by default. Please note: CEVA will not be responsible for bringing the frame inside the home or setting it up.

In-home setup plus old mattress haul away Customers:

In-home setup plus old mattress haul away is not an expedited delivery service. Customers will work with our partner RXO to schedule a delivery date in advance. A signature is not required, but an adult 18+ must be present on the scheduled delivery date to provide access into the home for the delivery, mattress setup, and mattress removal service. In-home setup plus old mattress haul away is only available for our mattresses at this time. Any other items purchased will be delivered via FedEx (excluding the Wood Frame) and are not included in the service. Please note our in-home setup delivery partners have the discretion to refuse the removal of any mattress with stains or potential infestation. This decision is completely up to the delivery drivers.

Please note: All of our shipping partners are experiencing longer-than-usual processing and delivery times due to COVID-19. Please plan ahead and be mindful of potential delays in scheduling or receiving your products.
