Where and how will my order be delivered?

All Tuft & Needle products ship separately via standard FedEx Ground delivery, with no signature required.


Generally, we estimate orders to ship within 4 business days of being ordered and to be delivered within 2 business weeks. During the holiday season, please be mindful that longer than anticipated shipping and delivery can happen. If you're ever curious about the status of your order, we recommend giving us a ring at 877-842-2586 for the quickest assistance.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once an item on your order ships. Tracking information can also be located on the Order Receipt Page once a package is in transit. 

FedEx drivers will attempt to deliver packages to the front door (if they have access to it) or wherever packages are typically received at multi-dwelling units (such as mailrooms or leasing offices). 
Shipping dimensions vary by product and can be found on the size charts located below the product images on each product page, under "Dimensions, Materials & Care".

baselogic Adjustable Base customers:

Customers will work with our partners at RXO to schedule a delivery date in advance. RXO will usually reach out within 5 business days of an order being placed to schedule delivery, and generally, these items will deliver within 2-4 weeks.

A signature is not required, but an adult 18+ must be present on the scheduled delivery date to provide access to the home for the delivery and setup.

RXO delivery is only available for our baselogic Adjustable Bases at this time. Any other items purchased will be delivered via FedEx and are not included in the setup service.
