Where's my tracking information?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product leaves our facility and is on its way. Generally, items will ship within 4 business days of your order being placed. During the holiday season, it's possible for it to take an extra day. If you're ever curious about the status of your order, we recommend giving us a ring at 877-842-2586 for the quickest assistance.
We recommend keeping an eye on your spam folder in addition to your inbox; business emails are sometimes sent there automatically.
For our baselogic Adjustable Bases delivered via RXO, you won't receive the same type of tracking as orders with FedEx, but RXO will reach out to you within 5 business days of your order being placed to schedule a delivery date based on when they anticipate receiving the base from us. We generally estimate these bases to be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
