How do I delay my delivery?

Since we deliver with FedEx Ground, we're unable to schedule specific delivery dates, place a hold, or guarantee specific delivery dates, though we can hold off on shipping if you need a mattress to arrive after a certain date.

If you haven't placed your order yet, please give us a call at 877-842-2586 and we can arrange the hold during the ordering process

If you have already placed the order, call us *immediately* after, or you may miss the cut-off time for delaying shipment. Our team is available Monday-Friday 7 am to 6 pm PST.

Once your items are in transit, we're unable to place a hold on them, but you have a few options in this case:

We can have the package rerouted to a nearby FedEx facility for pickup. Most FedEx locations can hold packages for up to 5 business days and require the person who picks up the package to provide a gov’t-issued ID and the tracking number.

You can request a vacation hold through FedEx directly. This can be arranged through the FedEx tracking link by clicking the “Manage your delivery” option and selecting “Vacation hold” from the dropdown menu. You’ll be prompted to create a free account or sign in to an existing account, and from there you can set a requested delivery date. Keep in mind this is simply a request and not a guarantee, especially given the holiday rush. If you have multiple packages you need to delay, you will need to place a vacation hold request for each tracking number.
