I ordered/received the wrong item-now what?
- If your order has already shipped, feel free to refuse the delivery if you’re home when FedEx swings by.
- If your order has been delivered and is unopened, please keep it in the original packaging (and set it in a safe space until we can confirm pickup and share further instructions).
- For opened but unused accessories, please repackage them. We will set up a pickup or send you a prepaid shipping label so they can be sent back.
- If you have an opened package that cannot be easily repackaged (such as a mattress or furniture), we will work with you to figure out the best option.
