I ordered/received the wrong item-now what?

There’s no need to panic—we’re here to help! Please contact our support team as soon as possible via chat or phone at 877-842-2586 for assistance. Be sure to have your 16-digit order number handy when you reach out.

- If your order has already shipped, feel free to refuse the delivery if you’re home when FedEx swings by, or if the package does deliver, leave it in its original packaging and set it in a safe place until we can arrange pickup.

- If your order has been delivered and is unopened, please keep it in the original packaging (and set it in a safe space until we can confirm pickup and share further instructions).

- For accessories that were opened, but unused, please repackage them. We will set up a pickup or send you a prepaid shipping label, so you can send them back.

- For opened packages that cannot be easily repackaged (such as mattresses or furniture), our team will work with you to figure out the best plan of action.
