Do I need to be at home for my delivery?

For White Glove Delivery, an adult will need to be present to sign for the delivery of your item. If you are not able to be home on the day of your delivery, we recommend rescheduling.

For items delivered via FedEx Ground or UPS, you do not need to be home for delivery, and a signature is not required. As long as the delivery driver is comfortable, the package will usually be left at the front door (if there is access to it) or wherever packages are typically received.
